Acceptance and eligibility
By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and have authority to request information about the property. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Planning estimates
Calculator results are informational planning ranges, not bids, appraisals, inspections, engineering opinions, or guarantees. They are based on available property data, imagery, measurements, assumptions, selected options, and market pricing. Final scope and pricing require onsite verification and a separate written agreement with a service provider.
Property information
Public records, third-party data, imagery, models, and homeowner input may be incomplete, unavailable, or outdated. You are responsible for confirming the property and for the accuracy of information you submit. You may not use the service to probe systems, overwhelm providers, or access information unlawfully.
Local-provider matching
If you request local help, HD Precision may share the request with no more than two local service providers and may receive compensation for an introduction. Providers are independent businesses, not HD Precision employees or agents. We do not guarantee availability, response time, licensing, insurance, ratings, workmanship, pricing, financing, or project completion. Verify credentials and contract terms before hiring anyone.
Communications
When you provide consent, we and matched providers may contact you about the project using the methods described at submission. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent by replying STOP where available, using an unsubscribe method, telling a caller not to call again, or emailing us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Payments and financing
Homeowner contracts, deposits, financing, warranties, and project payments are between you and the selected provider or financing company. Monthly-payment illustrations are examples based on stated assumptions and are not credit offers or approvals.
No insurance determination
Weather, imagery, measurements, or property information does not confirm damage, cause, claim eligibility, or insurance coverage. A professional inspection and insurer determination are required.
Intellectual property
The site, original copy, software, visual design, and generated reports are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use a report for your personal project but may not scrape, resell, copy at scale, or interfere with the service.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free third-party data. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HD Precision is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, third-party data, or a provider relationship. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The posted effective date shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
